Enter Through The Strait Gate Unto The Narrow Path

Enter Through The Strait Gate Unto The Narrow Path

God is the comforter and comfort is not man-made that is why what men see as comfort is not necessarily the most comfortable for Him. What did I mean?

Comfort is not man-made, man will not find comfort in no one else except in the Comforter Himself, this explains why what men see as comfort isn’t comfortable at all except that he adapted, and aligned himself in whatever situation at the expense of His true Comfort for mere outcome or result.

God is calling His people and for those who care to listen and take heed, saying, come out of the crooked places, crooked ways and enter through the narrow gate. Place your intentions on the strait & narrow path. God has never called you into crooked paths, but rather, you aligned and adapted to it, it is an unfamiliar path to The Almighty GOD and since you’ve adapted to it, it has become familiar to you.

God’s promise in Isaiah 45:2 (KJV)

2 I will go before thee, and make the crooked places straight: I will break in pieces the gates of brass, and cut in sunder the bars of iron:

He is willing, ready to go before you, be with you and take you through but you must decide and enter through the narrow gate. He will break barriers and obstructions along your way. That is His Promise to you!

God’s promise in Isaiah 42:16 (KJV)

16 And I will bring the blind by a way that they knew not; I will lead them in paths that they have not known: I will make darkness light before them, and crooked things straight. These things will I do unto them, and not forsake them.

But the narrow path is so uncomfortable, this is a myth hence it is NOT true. Our God is balanced, if He brings you to it, He surely brings you through it! He is aware that the path is narrow and that path is ONLY Known to Him.

Please be informed that I do not imply that entering through the narrow gate unto the narrow path is smooth and easy, it isn’t! But it is the easiest, smoothest, and most rewarding path you will ever take. Guess What?…. You will find comfort in it with God. He will comfort you!

Narrow Vs Crooked Path

Narrow path leads to eternal life, going through this path though is unfamiliar or easily adaptable to flesh, you will find comfort, it is evenly balanced and though there will be barriers and obstructions, God promise to make you overcome them. The gate to narrow path is strait (narrow) meaning your journey is a personal journey, you may be on the same road through the same gate with some else yet you both WALK differently. Change is constant for growth, you cannot remain the same! This way leads to life, sadly only a few find it.

God’s word in Mattew 7:14

14 Because strait is the gate, and narrow is the way, which leads unto life, and few there be that find it.

Crooked way, crooked path, or crooked things leads to destruction, going through this path though familiar or adaptable to the flesh, you will find no comfort and it is unevenly balanced.

There will also be barriers and obstructions, the gate is wide, meaning it will accommodate many at a time, a wide gate also denotes come as you are, remain as you are. No need for change! The way is broad and its leads to destruction, sadly many choose this path.

God’s word in Mattew 7:13 (KJV)

13 Enter ye in at the strait gate: for wide is the gate, and broad is the way, that leads to destruction, and many there be which go in there at:

People of God, the choice is yours, do not replace God’s comfort by adapting or aligning yourself with the crooked.

If you have decided to enter through the narrow gate unto the narrow path please say this short but important prayer:

Dear God in heaven, I come to you in the name of Jesus. I acknowledge to You that I am a sinner, I am sorry for my sins and the life that I have lived; I need your forgiveness.

I believe that your only begotten Son Jesus Christ shed His precious blood on the cross at Calvary and died for my sins, and I am now willing to turn from my sin.

You said in Your Holy Word, Romans 10:9 that if we confess the Lord our God and believe in our hearts that God raised Jesus from the dead, we shall be saved.

Right now I confess Jesus as the Lord of my soul. With my heart, I believe that God raised Jesus from the dead. This very moment I accept Jesus Christ as my own personal Saviour and according to His Word, right now I am saved.

Thank you Jesus for your unlimited grace which has saved me from my sins. I thank you Jesus that your grace never leads to license, but rather it always leads to repentance. Therefore Lord Jesus transform my life so that I may bring glory and honor to you alone and not to myself.

Thank you Jesus for saving me and giving me eternal life. Amen.

If you decided to repent of your sins and receive Christ today, welcome to God’s family. Now, as a way to grow closer to Him, the Bible tells us to follow up on our commitment.

  • Get baptized in water and the Holy Ghost as commanded by Christ.
  • Tell someone else about your new faith in Christ.
  • Spend time with God each day and develop a daily habit of praying to Him and reading His word.
  • Ask God to increase your faith and your understanding of the Bible.
  • Seek fellowship with other followers of Jesus, and develop a group of believing friends to answer your questions and support you.
  • Find a BIBLE-TEACHING church where you can worship God.

God bless you, remember you are in His plan!
