Your Faithfulness And Allegiance To Jesus Christ Is Very Important Not To Bishop
Are You Faithful To Jesus Christ, Or Bishops, Religious Myths And Shenanigans?
Mark 8:34 says, “And Jesus called the throng with His disciples and said to them, If anyone intends to come after Me, let him deny himself and take up his cross, and joining Me as a disciple and siding with My party] follow with Me .
First, What Is Faithfulness?
- It means adhering firmly and devotedly to a person, causes, or ideas; being loyal.
- In a marriage relationship, it means to be focused and trustworthy, pays total attention to one another, and engage in sex only with one’s spouse or partner in a relationship.
An example of not being trustworthy can be seen in Rebekah’s life in Genesis, chapter 27, Verses 5-10.
“But Rebekah overheard what Isaac said to Esau his son; and when Esau had gone to the open country to hunt for game that he might bring back, 6 Rebekah said to Jacob her son, “Listen carefully: I heard your father saying to Esau your brother, 7 ‘Bring me some game and make me a savory and delicious dish , so that I may eat it, and declare my blessing on you in the presence of the Lord before my death.’ 8 So now, my son, listen to me as I command you. 9 Go now to the flock and bring me two good and suitable young goats, and I will make them into a savory dish for your father, the kind he loves . 10 Then you shall bring it to your father to eat, so that he may bless you before his death.”
When There Is No Honesty, Faithfulness Will Be Lost, It Will Bring Chaos; And If Not Attended To On Time, It Would Bring Grudges And Might Lead To Total Separation.
How? In the above scripture, Rebekah’s unfaithfulness or untrustworthiness to Isaac her husband undoubtedly caused chaos in his family, it made Esau to encounter disappointment that eventually leads to anger which Esau also may termed as unfaithfulness and untrustworthiness from his father’s end though his mother was the manipulator.
Verses 41-46 say, “So Esau hated Jacob because of the blessing with which his father blessed him; and Esau said in his heart, “The days of mourning for my father are very near; then I will kill my brother Jacob.” 42 When these words of her elder son Esau were repeated to Rebekah, she sent for Jacob her younger son, and said to him, “Listen carefully, your brother Esau is comforting himself concerning you by planning to kill you. 43 So now, my son, listen and do what I say; go, escape to my brother Laban in Haran! 44 Stay with him for a while, until your brother’s anger subsides. 45 When your brother’s anger toward you subsides and he forgets what you did to him, then [f]I will send and bring you back from there. Why should I be deprived of you both in a single day?” 46 Then Rebekah said to Isaac, “I am tired of living because of the daughters of Heth . If Jacob takes a wife from the daughters of Heth, like these daughters of the land, what good will my life be to me?”
When faithfulness or trust is not quickly restored, more deceptions and dishonesty will continue to kick in, resulting in total chaos.
Genesis 29 Verses 13 & 14 says, “When Laban heard of the arrival of Jacob, his sister’s son, he ran to meet him, and embraced and kissed him and brought him to his house. Then he told Laban all these things. 14 Then Laban said to him, “You are my bone and my flesh.” And Jacob stayed with him for a month.
Note: Laban extended his faithfulness to Jacob, and Jacob feels better, knowing that he is in a better place; therefore, he puts all his trust in Laban, but, things started degenerating and degenerated so quickly.
Verses 15-25 say, “After Jacob had stayed with him for a whole month, 15 Laban said to him, “Just because you are a relative of mine, should you work for me for nothing? Tell me what your wages should be… 25 When morning came, there was Leah! So Jacob said to Laban, “What is this you have done to me? I served you for Rachel, didn’t I? Why have you deceived me?”
- Jacob reaped what he had previously sown by encountering unfaithfulness payback from Laban.
- A Payback or retaliation is not the best way to restore faithfulness in Jesus Christ’s kingdom, but to surrender to the will and mind of Jesus Christ.

First, you need to change your route your name must be changed to that of God’s purposes and standards for your life
Genesis 32:22-28 says, “But he got up that same night and took his two wives, his two female servants, and his eleven children, and waded over the ford of the Jabbok. 23 Then he took them and sent them across the brook. And he also sent across whatever he had. 24 So Jacob was left alone, and a Man wrestled with him until daybreak. 25 When the Man saw that He had not prevailed against Jacob, He touched his hip joint; and Jacob’s hip was dislocated as he wrestled with Him. 26 Then He said, “Let Me go, for day is breaking.” But Jacob said, “I will not let You go unless You declare a blessing on me.” 27 So He asked him, “What is your name?” And he said, “Jacob.” 28 And He said, “Your name shall no longer be Jacob, but Israel; for you have struggled with God and with men and have prevailed.”
